Collection is the only option as I do not drive. Collection from L19. Delivery is only offered on wedding and orders over 100 cupcakes.
You can arrange to collect from my house on your chosen day by prior arrangement. I am not responsible for any damage to your order after you have collected it.
How much notice do you need?
It is advisable to book in as far in advance as you can. I have recently taken on less work, read more about it here. A 6 week notice is required for wedding bookings and other large orders. I may be able to fulfil a last minute order, but please don’t be disappointed if I have no space on your required day.
You can contact me through the contact page with a brief outline of what you would like and I will try and get back to you within 24 hours.
Orders are payable via BACS, cash, Paypal (a 2.5% fee will be added to your order to cover Paypal fee’s) and cheque (orders will only be confirmed after the cheque has cleared. For smaller orders (12 cupcakes or less) full payment is due in advance. A 20% non refundable fee is required at booking for wedding and other large orders (over 50), the remainder of the balance is to be made 14 days prior to delivery.
I need to cancel my order.
Orders must be cancelled with a minimum of 72 hours notice. If I have made decorations for your order you will be charged accordingly, this will be taken from monies already received.
Do you hire cake stands?
I have a range of cake stands to hire from simple cupcake stands to a giant 10 tier one. The cost of hire is free, but I require a £50 cash deposit which will be refunded on return of the stand. Stand must be returned in the same condition it was hired out in. Breakages/damages/loss of the cake stand will result in you losing your deposit. Stands may be returned dirty in the case you are worried about damaging them. Stand hire is only available when making a booking of cakes through Say It With Flours.
Cakes are not dairy free or gluten free.
Although some of my recipes do not contain nuts they are made in an environment where traces of nuts may be present.
Due to the high turn over of cakes in my kitchen I do not make gluten or diary free.
Do you hold decorating classes?
Although this is something I have offered in the past it is not something I am pursuing at this moment in time due to time restraints.
